Aging is not a result solely attributed to what you eat or how you live, at least not in the physical sense. Why do some people look old even at thirty, while others like me constantly get estimated decades younger than they really are?
For me, this is highly correlated to the amount of gratitude I feel about what happens in my life. It used to be gratitude for things I feared that would not happen after all, but that is mere survival mode. Nowadays, I am more grateful for the things that do happen, even if some events might be considered negative according to others around me.
