When Elon Musk said we have a billions to one chance of being in base reality, it may have been understood by many as a reference to us living in some simulation, a computer game if you will, keeping us all prisoner. But base reality or not, both are mere constructs inside the Grand Overall Design, as I call it.
Walter Russell in my humble opinion pointed out in 1926 just what our relation to base reality really is: the illusion or simulation we live in exists because the basic assumptions we have about reality are flawed in more than one way, and these flaws at the roots of our image of life have warped the image we have of life in myriad ways.
