Shakespeare already made it famous: "To Be, or Not To Be, that is the Question!". The Circumpunct symbol expressed the same way earlier, and the binary number system has permeated our current reality so much, that almost all tools we use run on it. It is the very base of all other systems of communication and calculation.
Is it any wonder that one and zero became synonymous with true and false? And that binary logic became the most basic system for calculation? But still, with all our intelligence and creativity, we still haven't found the grand unifying theory, because our basic assumptions are off.
But then it occurred to me: the ZPMs or Zero Point Modules that are so very wanted by all parties involved in the Stargate Atlantis epsiodes I am watching on the side, is sort of related to the circumpunct symbol mentioned as another acrosstic. Not sure how it all ties together, but reading more of "the Universal One" will uncover that...
