When I left this story unwritten last night, destiny decided to fill itin for us: the first leg of the flight home was late, so we missed the second, with no way to make up for the lost time. But Booking.com did not disappoint: since the middle leg had been movedand communication about that had been incomplete, the booked my baby and me on another flight home today!
So now we are sitting waiting for the flight to China to board. After that a thirteen hours stretch to Amsterdam, and hopefully sleep a bit on the plane...
