Once you get to the understanding of the larger reality in relation to the restricted reality we see outside of ourselves, a certain peace comes over you. It is like the card a friend sent me last week, of a bunny in a Superman cape, saying: "If you are never afraid, you have no need to be brave"
And for sure, there is much out there to fear, if you buy into the stories being told. But it is mostly a story of divide and conquer, presenting you with conflicts that have two or more sides, and a form of presentation that tries to goad you into choosing one or the other, thus moving you out of your zone of peace and comfort.
