Common Observations Reach 4 New Easy Results

I love to be in a corner, quietly observing what goes on. Only stepping in when it is necessary, but otherwise simply building my model of the situation. Writing this reminded me of a situation at work decades ago, when I was still an "apprentice". The team I considered the Wizards were on the other side of the room, discussing some database related issue. They were about to settle on a solution to their problem, but while working quietly on the other end of the room, I heard something I thought none of them had realized yet.

I budded into their discussion, and just said: "Have you considered this?", mentioning some aspect of their solution. Silence fell, and lasted several seconds. The first one to break the silence said: "Darn, he's right, that would never work!"

I'm not presenting this here as a testimony to my awesomeness, but as something that you yourself remember as it was a significant point in your existence, which you remember forever because it is one of your defining traits. You should probably cherish these, because they make you what you are!
