The most restrictive view a human being can have on life is the determinisitic view, where they think everything is predetermined, effectively rendering their free will ineffective. Fortunately though, the real life is far better in responding to our actions than most people think. We just need our determination to keep choosing the life we want, and get up every time disadvantage tries to strike us down.
