Elon Musk is not a fan of meetings, and he imprints that attitude on the people that work for him. Leaving meetings is promoted, if you think they hinder the solving of the process. Problems on the factory floor often look like a flash mob, as workers get pulled from everywhere toi solve a problem fast and thoroughly.
The first slide presented in a meeting must cut right to the heart of the challenge or problem the meeting is supposed to resolve, and as soon as the solution is found, the mob dissolves and goes back to whatever area they think they can most contribute to the effect of the mission!
