There is a weird transformation that starts to happen once you move away from the gridclingers view to the new paradigm. But it is true that matter is not the basis for energy, but rather energy is the basis for matter.
But it goes deeper: energy is not static, it is frequency, resonance, and information, perhaps even thought. I don't have this all figured out, but I am beginning to get a pretty clear figure of what it intuitively looks like. A guy like QuantumTumbler on X appears to have worked it out way further.
