In this case it was the Phoenix, which surfaced the day after I wrote about liking to watch ancient Sherlock Holmes episodes: the very one I was watching just now, had Holmes discover the pattern in a series of murders: it was an acrosstix formed by the streets that the ladies were murdered on, which oddly enough spelled the word Phoenix, it being the last name of the murderer!
Then weird things started happening: I asked Grok to make me an image of a phoenix with the head of Sherlock Holmes, and it succeeded only partially: only one of the two images had the signature cap, but neither had a human head. And when I asked it to add glowing wings, Grok modified both images, but made one totally emerald green, removing any proof of the bird and his peculiar cap! This is the way syncs occur when you least expect them.
