Realizing Extreme Quality Ubiquitously Involves Requiring Every Model 2 Eliminate Negatives Totally

As a software test engineer I am all about requirements: I don't care what a software engineer thinks the program should do, the one thing that matters above all is what the design says the requirements are! Of course that does not mean I should treat my team mates as if they've created crap. Quite often it is hard to find all the relevant demands made of the programming, and often even the written down requirements have not taken into account some side effect that the various demands result in.

Apparently in Japan the life of software test engineers is far worse than it is in my country: the software engineers are considered to be higher up the food chain, and thus the weight of a test engineers findings must be presented with proper respect. This kinda complicates things there.
