I know from experience with my partner that teaching can be a really frustrating activity if you cannot get the teaching across. But you can only show your students the door , they have to go through it on their own. That is the whole point of it: you as a teacher can only provide information to your students, and all they can do is to integrate that information into their current experience so it becomes part of their knowledge .
As for how to use that knowledge in real life , that is called wisdom , and it is still one step beyond the teaching. But it too is attainable for every human . We are basically all feedback systems with a very complex feedback formula, and it takes an open mind and the ability to be selfaware to a fault in order to maintain homeostasis in today's complex world .
