Universal basically means "valid everywhere", but it is usually the exceptions that show us something is not universal. In order to build a solid framework for what we see around us, both without and within, we need to think in clear, concise concepts, and connect them properly.
So I guess I will attempt to study Walter Russell's writings and attempt to gain more insight in the validity of his claims with the tools at my disposal.
