The deepest question asked in the movie "Contact" was: "Why You?", when her friend asked Ellie Arroway why she wanted to be the "pilot" of the alien machine that the world had just built based on the contruction plans the alien race had sent them.
The same question might be asked of you at some point. But remember that you might not even consciously know why you want to go. It could just be that all-consuming Knowing, with no valid reason as to why. And that is perfectly alright.
