In my 'cosmology' this concept is the same as the All, and the next lower concept of scale would be the universe. Now I don't feel like giving you fellow human beings the whole riddle from huge to infinitessimal (Planck distance), because at the moment I am also watching Terminal, a most interesting relational movie with a strong woman with awesome humor and a very remarkable view of life and death.
