You are a Universal Human Being, even if your brain doesn't believe in such a thing at the physical level: inside your mind there is a model of the world outside you, and if your curiosity extends to the starry skies, then a universe is definitely literally inside your brain! But is it even out there? Sure, we see and hear and smell and touch lots of things, and it all seems pretty real, but we've learned over time that what our senses bring in is only a very tiny sliver of the entire spectrum of energy that is actually out there.
What is the question however, is whether any route through this universe is more valid than any other one. It's funny that Nick Fury in Iron Man on my side screen is just now telling Tony that he is not the center of his universe. And that is literally true for the both of them: for Nick, Iron Man is just another problem he needs to fix, and Tony is currently so far out of touch with himself he is no longer Iron Man.
You may think totally different than me, but I feel like Howard Stark, limited by the technology of my time. And you might be more like my Mum, who has nothing to do with computers, doesn't own a smartphone. But then again we are all entitled to living the life we choose for our selves!
