It is impossible to measure both position and size of an object, if only for the simple reason one must measure the position twice to determine the speed, and by the time speed is computer, the object is at neither of those positions. And of course at quantum scale there is also Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle to consider.
We used to think that the world we see around us was analog. Lately, the idea has gained a foothold, that reality is digital, and may even be a simulation in a larger reality.
