Watch children play, unencumbered by the skin color of their friends. Think about how much more tolerant you are towards others in real life as opposed to online. Without social media to distort your discernment, are you really the racist you are made out to be online?
So yes, do try to lessen your time on social media, and find creative things on the Internet. Maybe try your hand at 3D printing, embroidering, painting, or even AI art.
