Some people go to church on Sunday , I stay at home because the grand overall design does not require me to be anywhere specific at any time , other than the now here where I always find myself. Reality can be anything it wants to be, but I will always be able to find my piece going within if even for just a moment.
To relax one needs not be still by definition . Right now for instance I am working on the site and meanwhile listening to Supertramp's Dreamer, so basically multitasking even though I am utterly relaxed .
