It is truly awesome when someone ignores your rules because she feels there's a connection you would forego in order to avoid bad expectations based on past experiences. I had that happen today, and it was a delight to suddenly see an actual human with similar values on X. Don't get me wrong, I know most of you X-friends are real humans, but there is a difference between those I interact with on the public timelines, and the ones that actually make it into my inner circle of people I actually also DM with.
