A Cyborg is usually defined as a hybrid of both a biological being and a certain amount of technology. In that view, many people are already cyborgs to some degree, because they have pacemakers or other implants, or just titanium replacements for certain worn out joints.
There are also those humans already who have cybernetic implants by choice, whether it is an NFC chip to get access to their bank account, or a sensor to detect something they naturally would not be able to detect.
