This page is celebrating that this weekend, the very first Tesla Cybertruck rolled of the Giga Texas assembly line. It's taken a while, and Elon Musk definitely promised it way too early, but now that it is actually happening, the big auto manufacturers are shaking in their boots. Not only will this eat into their sales of big ICE pickups, but the Cynertruck also appeals to a lot of people who wouldn't even consider buying a normal pickup.
I have to admit I am one of those humans: the novel manufacturing techniques made me want to have a Tesla for a while now, and I admit to a certain pride in owning a vehicle that is so 'Out There', and terribly useful for a guy who always wishes to help people...
