love is the one force that drives positive lives. negative lives usually are driven by dislike and hate, because they are continuously anxious aboutmore they try to control the physical world to get to what they want, the further this discrepancy drives them into madness eventually: they will be constantly mad at the world.
Others are living a more peaceful life: they remove those who would harm them from their lives, not because they hate them, but because they need to make sure their lives remain their own. Saying no should be a normal response, and anyone ignoring or refusing to accept that expression should definitely be made to obey it.
