I've never believed in Christ as the bible describes him, as being the only way to the big man himself. In fact, I don't believe the big man to be a man (or woman) at all. Simple first principles thinking can lead you to a better characterization of what God might be: All-encompassing presence implies that you and I cannot be outside of that phenomenon even if we wanted to. By definition we are part of God, whether we want it or not.
But then maybe this is exactly what the "only way" is: getting your consciousness to the level that knows the reality beyond the observed reality. Today on X.com I saw someone express the view I recently also adopted myself: quantum wave functions are the bigger reality, but they never collapse into one reality: instead, the collapse is a duplication of every observer in the one reality where that specific collapse happened. It is like the chaos we see out there will be part of the world we do not want, and all the things we do want eventually become parts of our reality.
This is how the world gets ever better, when we focus on creating it better!
