Elite is a word that has definitely gotten a bad rep over the years, with all the theories that show how the world is falling apart because of those who consider themselves the Elite, but in fact are just a bunch of self-centered narcissists that want their world to become better at the expense of those they consider inferior.
So I bring you an alternate meaning, depicted in the acrosstic above: "Exceptional Lovers Incessantly Teach Everyone". Those are the Elite I tend to cheer for. They are not for or against anything by definition, but they truly work to get their understanding of the larger reality as complete as possible, and try to then teach that knowledge not from the standpoint of "You HAVE to believe me!", but more like: "Could it be that you haven't thought of it from this perspective?".
